A true hometown
Kaysville was the first city incorporated in Davis County. Its historic Main Street and landmark tabernacle still anchor the community.
Home / Kaysville
Central Davis County
Kaysville pairs one of Davis County's oldest downtowns with mountain views, mature trees and neighborhoods that range from historic bungalows to foothill homes. It's also home for me, so these are the streets I know best.
Why Kaysville
Kaysville was the first city incorporated in Davis County. Its historic Main Street and landmark tabernacle still anchor the community.
The Utah State University Botanical Center offers gardens, ponds and walking paths, and the LeConte Stewart museum celebrates one of Utah's best-known painters.
Barnes Park hosts some of the area's best-loved community events, including Fourth of July festivities with a parade and fireworks.
I-15 and US-89 put Kaysville between Salt Lake City and Ogden, with FrontRunner stations in neighboring Layton and Farmington.
Homes in Kaysville
Kaysville offers real variety: character homes near downtown, established mid-century ramblers on larger lots, and east-bench homes with valley and lake views closer to the mountains. Larger lots and mature landscaping are a big part of the appeal.
Kaysville is served by Davis School District, with elementary, junior high and high schools in and around the city. Check the district's boundary lookup for any specific address.
Construction background
Older Kaysville homes often have decades of updates. My construction background helps me know what to ask about past remodels and additions, when to bring in a licensed inspector or specialist, and how to weigh what they find.
