Do I pay for a home value review?

No. The pricing conversation is free. You only owe a commission if you list and the home sells, under a written agreement with Equity Real Estate.

Can you help with new construction?

Yes. I represent buyers on new construction: lot choice, floor plan, upgrades, and inspection timing are part of the work. Construction experience is the point of hiring Matt instead of a pure sales agent.

Which areas do you cover?

Davis County first — Kaysville, Layton, Farmington, Fruit Heights, Syracuse, Clinton, Centerville, Bountiful — plus Salt Lake and Weber when the house fits.
