Home / Clinton
North Davis County
Clinton grew from farm country into a community of well-kept neighborhoods, quick freeway access and big-sky views of the Wasatch. It's a short drive from my home in Kaysville, and an area I know well.
Why Clinton
Clinton is mostly owner-occupied, single-family homes on tree-lined streets, with established subdivisions and newer construction side by side.
Clinton sits minutes from I-15 and Hill Air Force Base, with widened east-west and north-south corridors that make commuting north to Ogden or south to Salt Lake straightforward.
City parks and a multi-use path along 2000 West, plus quick drives to the Great Salt Lake shoreline, Antelope Island and the Ogden Valley trailheads.
Clinton began as a farming community in the 1800s, and that small-town character still shows in its parks, local events and neighborhood feel.
Homes in Clinton
Most Clinton homes are single-family ramblers and two-story homes built as the city grew, many with finished or finishable basements, two- and three-car garages and generous backyards. Newer subdivisions add modern floor plans and energy-efficient construction. Lots here tend to give you more yard for the money than cities closer to Salt Lake.
Clinton is served by Davis School District, with several elementary schools inside city limits and secondary schools in neighboring cities. Check the district's boundary lookup for any specific address.
Construction background
In Clinton, my construction background helps me show which updates add value and which only add cost, and what to ask about older systems like water heaters, furnaces and roofs. Licensed home inspectors do the inspections; I help you understand what they find and negotiate from there.
